SMART Goal Educational Consulting is a comprehensive consulting company equipped to provide implementation-ready solutions to early childhood centers, preschools, daycares, non-profit organizations, unconventional schools, microschools, hybrid schools, and homeschool co-ops through the establishment of meaningful partnerships. I administer Developmental Educational Assessments to identify a child's developmental strengths and weaknesses in various areas.
The five areas of development include: Cognitive Skills, Social Development, Communication Skills, Fine & Gross Motor Skills, and Adaptive Functioning.

Discovery Toys is committed to bringing fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate toys and products to children with all abilities. Discovery Toys allow children with special needs the opportunity to develop cognitive, motor, social, and communication skills in a fun and engaging way.
Meet Your Educational Consultant
I am Dr. Leronda Phillips. I am very excited to serve your organization and family's educational and assessment needs. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Special Education, and Early Childhood Development. I taught PK-12 Special Education in the Georgia public school system for 11 years and conducted special education assessments/evaluations as an Educational Diagnostician for 8 years with preschool students. I am a licensed educator in the state of Georgia, in P-12 Special Education General Curriculum, P-8 Special Education Academic Content Areas, Birth through Kindergarten, and Educational Leadership. I am a CITI-certified Social-Behavioral-Educational Researcher. My educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, M.Ed. in Educational Assessment/Evaluation, B.S. in Psychology, and an Educational Leadership Post-Graduate Certificate.
